8. חובות של נוטר
נוטר חייב –
(1)לשאת את הפנקס שניתן לו כל זמן הימצאו בשטח עתיקות;
(2)לשאת סרט מעל למרפקו השמאלי במקום נראה לעין בעת מילוי תפקידו;
(3)לשמור על שטח עתיקות מכל פגיעה;
(4)להחזיר לאגף את הפנקס ואת הסרט שניתנו לו ואת כל הציוד שקיבל לשם מילוי תפקידו לאחר שמינויו בוטל.
