3. רשות לתאם רישומים קיימים
מקרקעי מדינה בישראל הרשומים שלא על שם מדינת ישראל, או שאינם רשומים כלל, רשאי רושם הקרקעות, בכל עת, לרשמם בספרי האחוזה על שם מדינת ישראל.
