4. חובה לתאם רישומים קיימים
מקרקעי מדינה כאמור בתקנה 3, שנעשית בהם עסקה הטעונה רישום בספרי האחוזה, חייב רושם הקרקעות לרשמם על שם מדינת ישראל בשעת רישום העסקה.
