12. היתר תואם תוכנית למוקד מרעה – תוכנית לרישוי מהיר
על אף האמור בסעיף 145 לחוק התכנון והבנייה, הוגשה לוועדה המקומית תוכנית למוקד מרעה – ניתן להגיש לוועדה המקומית, לאחר ההחלטה על הפקדת התוכנית ולפני הפקדתה, בקשה להיתר התואם את התוכנית, ובלבד שמגיש התוכנית ביקש להגיש את הבקשה להיתר בעת שהגיש את התוכנית למוקד מרעה, ויחולו לעניין זה הוראות לפי סעיף 145א1(ב) עד (ז) לחוק האמור החלות על תוכנית לרישוי מהיר כהגדרתה בסעיף 145א1 האמור, בשינויים המחויבים.
