13. תוכנית או היתר בגן לאומי או בשמורת טבע
על אף האמור בחוק גנים לאומיים, תוכנית למוקד מרעה בתחום גן לאומי או שמורת טבע יכול שתהיה תוכנית המתירה שימוש למוקד מרעה לפי חוק זה; הוראות לפי החוק האמור החלות על גן לאומי או שמורת טבע ימשיכו לחול בתחום התוכנית גם לאחר אישור תוכנית כאמור בחוק זה, ואין בהוראות חוק זה כדי לגרוע מהן או מסמכויות הרשות לשמירת הטבע והגנים הלאומיים הנתונות לה מכוחו.
