בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 36 לחוק חופשה שנתית, תשי״א–1951, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. הצגת תמצית החוק
מקום המשמש לעסק, למשלח יד או לשירות ציבורי יציג בו המעביד, הצגה נראית לעין, את תמצית החוק בנוסח שפורסם בירחון משרד העבודה, ”עבודה וביטוח לאומי“.
2. השם
לתקנות אלה ייקרא ”תקנות חופשה שנתית (הצגת תמצית החוק), תשי״ט–1958“.
