בחוק התקציב לשנת הכספים 2025 ייקבע סכום העולה על סכום החיסכון המשוער של כלל המנויים בהגדרה ”מעסיק“, כחלק מהסכומים הנכללים בתקציב האמור לשם מתן הטבות לחיילי מילואים, ולשם שיקום יישובי עוטף עזה והצפון.
