2. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”חוק יסודות התקציב“ – חוק יסודות התקציב, התשמ״ה–1985;
”המועצה“ – מועצת הרשות שמונתה לפי סעיף 7;
”המנהל“ – מנהל הרשות שמונה לפי סעיף 18;
”המשרד“ – משרד הרווחה והביטחון החברתי;
”הרשות“ – הרשות הלאומית למאבק בעוני שהוקמה לפי סעיף 3;
”השר“ – שר הרווחה והביטחון החברתי.
