בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 9 לחוק לתיקון פקודת מס הכנסה (מס׳ 41), התש״ם–1980, ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”עוסק באבני חן“ – מי שעסקו או חלק מעסקו עיבוד אבני חן מסוג אודם, ברקת או ספיר, מסחר באבני חן או תיווך בהן.
2. דין עוסק באבני חן
לעניין סעיף 130א לפקודה דין עוסק באבני חן כדין יהלומן.
3. תחילה
תחילתו של צו זה ביום ח׳ בניסן התשמ״ב (1 באפריל 1982).
