1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”הוראת המעבר“ – הוראת המעבר שבסעיף 3;
”תקנה 1321/2013“ – תקנת יישום של הנציבות (EU) מספר 1321/2013 מיום 10 בדצמבר 2013 המכוננת את רשימת האיחוד של מוצרים ראשוניים ליצירת חומרי טעם וריח מעושן המורשים לשימוש ככאלו במזון או על גבי מזון או לצורך ייצור חומרי טעם וריח מעושן מהם, שבפרט 13 בתוספת השנייה א׳ לחוק.
