3. הכנת הצעת האסטרטגיה המדינית־ביטחונית
המטה לביטחון לאומי יכין את הצעת האסטרטגיה המדינית־ביטחונית לפי חוק זה בהתייעצות עם הגופים שלהלן, כל גוף בהתאם לסמכויותיו ותפקידיו על פי דין:
(1)משרד הביטחון, משרד החוץ, המשרד לביטחון לאומי וגופי הביטחון;
(2)משרדי ממשלה אחרים הנדרשים לדעת ראש המטה לביטחון לאומי.
