4. חלופות לרכיבי האסטרטגיה המדינית־ביטחונית
ביקש אחד הגופים שנערכה עימם התייעצות כאמור בסעיף 3 להציג חלופה לרכיב מהרכיבים המפורטים בסעיף 2(1) עד (3), יכלול המטה לביטחון לאומי בהצעת האסטרטגיה המדינית־ביטחונית את החלופה כפי שהציע אותו גוף ואת המלצתו המנומקת של המטה לביטחון לאומי לחלופה הנבחרת.
