1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”ביטוח תאונות אישיות“ – חוזה הביטוח שתלמידים מבוטחים בו לפי סעיף 6(ד1) לחוק לימוד חובה, התש״ט–1949, כפי שהוא מתעדכן מזמן לזמן;
”מקרה ביטוח“ – המקרה המזכה בסכומי ביטוח;
”סכומי ביטוח“ – תגמולי ביטוח כמשמעותם בחוק חוזה הביטוח, התשמ״א–1981 (להלן – חוק הביטוח);
”סיכוני ביטוח“ – סיכונים כמשמעותם בחוק הביטוח.
