2. שינוי הוראות לעניין אזהרות
נוסחי האזהרה שעל גבי אריזה של מוצר עישון כאמור בסעיף 9(א) לחוק, שטחי האזהרה, מיקום האזהרות, עיצובן וצורתן, יהיו לפי תקנות אלה, והתקנות יחולו על אף האמור בסעיף 9(א) לחוק.
