לא ישווק אדם מוצר עישון אלא באריזה מסומנת באזהרת בריאות משולבת כמפורט בטור ב׳ בתוספת הראשונה ולפי סוג מוצר העישון כמפורט בטור א׳ שלצידו ולפי תקנות אלה.
