4. אזהרת בריאות מילולית
נוסח אזהרת הבריאות המילולית יותאם לסוג מוצר העישון כמפורט בתוספת הראשונה לתקנות ולפי אלה:
(1)המילה ”אזהרה“ והמסר המילולי שייכתב מתחתיה יעוצבו ויודפסו לפי התוספת השנייה;
(2)הטקסט יוצג באופן בולט לעין, ברור וקריא; במרווח שאינו דחוס בין האותיות; גודל האותיות יתפוס את החלק הגדול ביותר האפשרי מהשטח המוקצה למסר המילולי בדבר ההשלכות הבריאותיות של העישון, בלי לעוות את הערכים המקוריים של הגופן.
