בתוקף סמכותה לפי סעיף 9ב(ד) לחוק לשכת עורכי־הדין, התשכ״א–1961 (להלן – החוק), מתקינה המועצה הארצית של לשכת עורכי־הדין כללים אלה:
1. תקופה לבקשה לפי סעיף 9ב(ד) לחוק
חבר המועצה הארצית שיושב ראש המועצה שלח אליו הודעה לפי סעיף 9ב(ג) לחוק, יהא רשאי להגיש הבקשה בהתאם לסעיף 9ב(ד) לחוק תוך 30 יום מיום שקיבל את ההודעה.
