3. בחינה באתיקה מקצועית כתנאי לבקשה
בקשה כאמור בסעיף 2 לא תוגש אלא בידי מבקש שעמד בבחינות שערכה הלשכה באתיקה מקצועית החלה על עורכי דין זרים לפי סעיף 98ו(א)(3) לחוק בשנתיים שקדמו להגשת הבקשה, זולת אם סברה הלשכה כי נסיבות העניין מצדיקות הכרה בבחינה שנערכה קודם לאותו מועד.
