16. שטר מטען אווירי
המוסר חומרים מסוכנים להובלה בכלי טיס יוודא כי בשטר המטען האווירי, אם הונפק, יצוין באופן ברור שהמשגור מכיל חומרים מסוכנים כמתואר בתעודת משלוח חומרים מסוכנים שצורפה אליו, וכן יציין, אם הדבר נדרש, כי יש להטעין את המשגור בכלי טיס של מטען בלבד; שטר מטען אווירי כאמור יהיה בשפה האנגלית, ואם דרשה זאת מדינת המוצא – גם בשפה שדרשה מדינת המוצא.
