18. מילוי חובות המוסר למשלוח באמצעות מי מטעמו
המוסר חומר מסוכן להובלה בכלי טיס רשאי למלא את חובותיו לפי תקנות אלה באמצעות מי מטעמו; אין באמור כדי לגרוע מאחריותו של המוסר חומר מסוכן להובלה כאמור למילוי החובות החלות עליו לפי תקנות אלה.
