30. מידע לטייס המפקד ולאחראי על שליטה תפעולית
מפעיל אווירי המתכוון להוביל חומרים מסוכנים ימציא לטייס המפקד הצפוי להפעיל את כלי הטיס, מוקדם ככל האפשר לפני תחילת הטיסה, מידע בכתב הנדרש לעניין זה לפי ההוראות הטכניות, וכן ימסור מידע כאמור לאחראי מטעם המפעיל האווירי על השליטה התפעולית בכלי הטיס, כהגדרתה בתקנות ההפעלה.
