37. דיווח על הובלת חומרים מסוכנים בניגוד להוראות הטכניות
(א)מפעיל אווירי ידווח למנהל ולרשות המוסמכת לעניין זה במדינת המוצא על כל מקרה שבו התגלה כי הוא הוביל בכלי טיס חומר מסוכן –
(1)שלא הוטען, הופרד או אובטח כנדרש לפי ההוראות הטכניות;
(2)שלא ניתן לגביו מידע לטייס המפקד לפי תקנה 30.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”הרשות המוסמכת“, אם מדינת המוצא היא ישראל – הרשות.
