Section 15 of תקנות בית המשפט לימאות (סדרי דין מיוחדים בבקשה להחרמת ספינה) (חרבות ברזל) (הוראת שעה), התשפ״ה–2025, נוהג לפי תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי.
15. נוהג לפי תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי
בעניין שלא הוסדר בתקנות אלה או בתקנות המלקוח, רשאי בית המשפט לנהוג בתביעה להחרמת ספינה לפי תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, בשינויים המחויבים, אם ראה כי הדבר דרוש לצורך הכרעה בתביעה להחרמת ספינה ולניהול ההליך באופן הוגן ויעיל.
