16. העברת התביעה למסלול דיון רגיל
שוכנע בית המשפט כי תביעה להחרמת ספינה לפי תקנות אלה מעוררת שאלה משפטית בעלת חשיבות מיוחדת או שאלה משפטית תקדימית, שבירורה לפי תקנות אלה יפגע בעשיית צדק בנסיבות העניין, רשאי הוא להורות שהתביעה תועבר למסלול דיון רגיל ויחולו על בירור התביעה תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי.
