14. השפוט על אניות בימים ידועים במזרח
מותר לה להוד מלכותה במועצתה לחוק כל חוק שיישר בעיניה בענין נתיני הוד מלכותה המצויים בכל ספינה במרחק של לא יותר ממאה מילים מחוף סין או יפן, ולחוק זה יהא אותו תוקף שהיה לכל חוק שהוד מלכותה במועצתה יכלה לחוק בענין נתיני הוד מלכותה שבסין או ביפן.
