3. הכרזת בתי־משפט מסויימים כבתי־משפט לשלל־מלחמה.
כדי להסיר כל ספק מכריזים בזה כי בתי משפט אדמירליים במושבות בגדר מובנו של חוק בתי המשפט האדמירליים במושבות, 1890, בתי משפט שפסקא (ב) מן התנאי לסעיף־קטן (3) של סעיף שנים מאותו חוק חלה עליהם בתוקף דבר־מלך במועצה עפ״י סעיף שנים־עשר של אותו חוק, ובתי משפט אדמירליים במושבות שנתכוננו עפ״י כל כתב־מינוי או כתב־הרשאה שהוצאתם הורשתה עפ״י סעיף שנים של חוק בתי המשפט לשלל־מלחמה, 1894, כפי שתוקן בחוק זה, הם כולם בתי משפט לשלל־מלחמה בגדר מובנו של חוק שלל המלחמה בים, 1864.
