1. הגדרות
בהודעה זו –
”הוראת המעבר“ – הוראת המעבר שבסעיף 3;
”תקנה 432/2012“ – תקנת הנציבות (EU) מס׳ 432/2012 מיום 16 במאי 2012 המכוננת רשימה של מסרים בריאותיים מותרים למזון למעט אלו המתייחסים להפחתת הסיכון למחלה ולהתפתחותם ובריאותם של ילדים, שבפרט 30 בתוספת השנייה א׳ לחוק.
