בהתאם לסעיפים 1 ו־9 לחוק שירות המדינה (סיוג פעילות מפלגתית ומגבית כספים), תשי״ט–1959, מודיעים בזה כי הממשלה, לאחר התייעצות עם ועדת העבודה של הכנסת, קבעה כי האיסורים המנויים בסעיף 1 לחוק האמור יחולו על עובדי בנק ישראל בדרגה י״א של דירוג עובדי בנק ישראל או בדרגה גבוהה ממנה.
ההודעה שפורסמה בילקוט הפרסומים 1027, תשכ״ג, עמ׳ 1646 – בטלה.
