13. פרטי חשבונית ללקוח
שמאי רכב ייתן ללקוח חשבונית אשר תכלול את הפרטים האלה:
(1)שם שמאי הרכב ומספר רישיונו לשמאות רכב;
(2)שם הלקוח;
(3)המספר הסידורי של שומת הרכב;
(4)מספר הרישוי ומספר השלדה של הרכב שלגביו נערכה שומת הרכב;
(5)המחיר הכולל תמורת עריכת שומת הרכב.
