12. מועד ביצוע בדיקה פיזית לרכב לשם עריכת שומת רכב
שמאי רכב יערוך בדיקה פיזית לרכב לשם עריכת שומת רכב, כאמור בסעיף 156 לחוק, לפני ביצוע תיקון של הנזק לרכב שנכלל בשומת הרכב; על אף האמור, רשאי שמאי רכב לערוך בדיקה פיזית לרכב גם אחרי שתוקן הנזק האמור, כולו או מקצתו, לשם עריכת שומת רכב נוספת לגבי אותו הנזק.
