9. הוראות מעבר
עד להתקנת תקנות לקביעת אגרות לפי סעיפים 5(1) ו־6(1) יחולו הוראות תקנות הדיינים (אגרות), התשי״ז–1957, בשינויים המחויבים; לעניין זה, יראו תביעת ממון כאמור בפרט 12 בתוספת הראשונה לתקנות האמורות כעניין אזרחי כהגדרתו בחוק זה.
