2. שיפוי המוסד לביטוח לאומי
אוצר המדינה ישפה את המוסד לביטוח לאומי לגבי כל סכום שהוצא בשל כל גמלה או תוספת גמלה המשתלמת לפי הוראות חוק הביטוח הלאומי כנוסחו בסעיף 1 לחוק זה ושלא הייתה משתלמת אלמלא ההוראות כאמור.
