10. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)שר האוצר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה.
(ב)שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת –
(1)רשאי, בצו, לשנות את האחוזים הנקובים בהגדרה ”הוצאות מחקר ופיתוח מזכות“ שבסעיף 1, ואת הסכומים והאחוזים הנקובים בהגדרה ”קבוצה זכאית“ שבסעיף 1;
(2)רשאי, בצו, לקבוע כי לא יהיה ניתן לקבל את סכום הזיכוי, כולו או חלקו, כמענק מחקר ופיתוח לפי הוראות סעיף 5.
