9. זיכוי לעניין מס הכנסה
יראו את סכום הזיכוי לפי סעיף 2 כמענק לעניין פקודת מס הכנסה, ובלבד שהזיכוי האמור היה יכול, אם לא קוזז לפי סעיף 2(ג), להתקבל כמענק מחקר ופיתוח לפי סעיף 5.
