19. ערר על החלטת הממונה בבקשה לפטור מאיסור מיזוג חברות
(א)התנגד הממונה לבקשה כאמור בסעיף 18(ד), רשאיות החברות שמבקשות להתמזג לערור על החלטתו לפני בית הדין בתוך 30 ימים מיום מתן ההחלטה.
(ב)בית הדין רשאי לאשר את החלטת הממונה או לבטלה.
(ג)על דיוני בית הדין בערר לפי סעיף זה ועל ערעור על החלטתו יחולו הוראות סעיפים 33 עד 40 לחוק התחרות הכלכלית, בשינויים המחויבים.
