למי שהוסמכו לפי סעיפים 45 ו־45א לחוק התחרות הכלכלית ונתונות להם הסמכויות לפי סעיפים 45 ו־46 לחוק האמור, יהיו נתונות הסמכויות הקבועות באותם סעיפים לעניין הוראות סעיף 18, בשינויים המחויבים.
