22. עיצום כספי
(א)יראו מיזוג מלא או חלקי, שלא בהתאם להוראות סעיף 18, כהפרה כאמור בסעיף 50ד(א)(2) לחוק התחרות הכלכלית.
(ב)הפרת דרישה למסור ידיעות, מסמכים, פנקסים או שאר תעודות, כאמור בסעיף 46(ב) לחוק התחרות הכלכלית כפי שהוחל בסעיף 20, יראו אותה כהפרה כאמור בסעיף 50ד(ב) לחוק האמור.
(ג)על הטלת עיצום כספי לפי סעיף זה יחולו הוראות סעיפים 50ד(ג) ו־50ה עד 50טז לחוק התחרות הכלכלית, בשינויים המחויבים.
