49. תביעה לפינוי דירה שבית משפט אישר לגביה ביצוע עסקת שיקום או הסכם יציאה
על אף האמור בכל דין, תביעה לפינוי דירה שבית המשפט אישר לגביה ביצוע עסקת שיקום או הסכם יציאה כאמור בסעיף 48 תוגש לאותו בית משפט שאישר את העסקה או ההסכם כאמור.
