52. תקנות לעניין התאמות של אופן מיסוי ודיווח של עסקת שיקום והסכם יציאה
שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע בתקנות התאמות של אופן המיסוי והדיווח של עסקת שיקום והסכם יציאה לעקרונות של מיסוי עסקאות פינוי ובינוי לפי פרק חמישי 4 לחוק מיסוי מקרקעין.
