8. תיקון חוק הממשלה – מס' 15
בחוק הממשלה, התשס"א-102001, בסעיף 8ב(א1), בסופו יבוא "או אדם שהורשע בעבירה שדינה מיתה, לפי כל דין, או שהוא חשוד או נאשם בעבירה כאמור".
