9. תיקון חוק זכויות נפגעי עבירה – מס' 22
בחוק זכויות נפגעי עבירה, התשס"א-2001 –
(1)בסעיף 10, בסופו יבוא "ואם נידון מי שנגזר דינו למיתה – על מועד ביצוע גזר הדין";
(2)בתוספת הרביעית, בסופה יבוא:
"(10).מועד ביצוע גזר דין של מי שנידון שירות בתי הסוהר". למיתה
