19. מסירת מסמכים, ידיעות והסברים
נותן שירות ימסור, לפי דרישה, לממונה או למי שהממונה הסמיך לכך, מסמכים, ידיעות והסברים בקשר למילוי חובתו לפי צו זה; הסמיך הממונה אדם שאינו עובד מדינה – תחול על אותו אדם חובת סודיות לגבי מסמכים, ידיעות והסברים שנמסרו לו.
