27. יחידת המשמר ותפקידיה
(א)בשירות בתי הסוהר תוקם יחידת משמר של בית המשפט הצבאי לצורך הליכים לפי חוק זה.
(ב)תפקידי יחידת המשמר הם:
(1)להגן על השופטים, עובדי מתחם בית המשפט הצבאי והבאים בשעריו, ובכלל זה לבצע כל פעולה הנדרשת לשם שמירה על ביטחונם במתחם בית המשפט הצבאי ובסביבתו הקרובה;
(2)לשמור על הסדר הציבורי ועל ביטחון הציבור במתחם בית המשפט הצבאי ובסביבתו הקרובה.
