30. סמכויות אנשי יחידת המשמר
למפקד יחידת המשמר, לסגל הפיקודי ולמאבטחי יחידת המשמר יהיו נתונות הסמכויות הנתונות לאיש משמר בתי המשפט כהגדרתו בחוק בתי המשפט לפי סעיפים 106ז ו־106ח לחוק האמור, לשם מילוי תפקידם.
