29. סגל פיקודי ומאבטחים
(א)מפקד יחידת המשמר ימנה סגל פיקודי ויסמיך מאבטחים ליחידת המשמר, מקרב סוהרי שירות בתי הסוהר או עובדי שירות בתי הסוהר הכשירים להתמנות לסוהרים.
(ב)לא ימונה אדם לסגל הפיקודי או יוסמך כמאבטח, אלא לאחר שעמד בהצלחה במסלול הכשרה מקצועית שקבע מפקד יחידת המשמר.
