38. דיווח לכנסת
שר הביטחון ידווח לוועדת החוקה, חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, בכתב, ב־1 בינואר, באפריל, ביולי ובאוקטובר בכל שנה, עד לתחילתו של ההליך הראשון לפי חוק זה, על ההיערכות לקיומם של ההליכים לפי חוק זה.
