39. ביצוע ותקנות
שר הביטחון ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי, בהסכמת שר המשפטים, להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו; תקנות לעניין פרק ט׳ יותקנו גם בהסכמת השר לביטחון לאומי.
