40. תקנות לעניין ביצוע גזר דין המטיל עונש מוות
על אף האמור בתקנה 52 לתקנות ההגנה ובכל דין אחר, שר הביטחון, בהתייעצות עם שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת החוקה, חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, יקבע הוראות בדבר המועד והאופן לביצועו של גזר דין המטיל עונש מוות בהליכים לפי חוק זה.
