1. מקצועות שאינם במסלול קצבת גישור
עובד שיחל לעבוד במוסד למודיעין ולתפקידים מיוחדים במקצוע המנוי בתוספת לצו זה, לא יועסק במסלול קצבת גישור כהגדרתו בסעיף 108ב לחוק המזכה בקצבה לפי תקנות שירות המדינה (גמלאות) (קצבת גישור לעובדי ביטחון חדשים של המוסד למודיעין ולתפקידים מיוחדים), התשפ״ו–2026, אלא אם כן חלה עליו תקנה 3(ב)(16) לתקנות האמורות.
