Section 7 of חוק סיוע לבני משפחה של נעדרים, התשפ״ו–2026, חובת יידוע.
7. חובת יידוע
(א)משטרת ישראל תיידע בן משפחה של נעדר כאמור בפסקה (1) להגדרה ”נעדר“ באפשרות לפנות לגורמים שלהלן לשם בחינת הזכויות המגיעות לו לפי כל דין:
(1)המחלקה לשירותים חברתיים ברשות המקומית הנוגעת בדבר;
(2)לשכת הסיוע המשפטי במשרד המשפטים.
(ב)השר לביטחון לאומי יקבע הוראות לעניין ביצוע סעיף קטן (א).
(ג)בפקודות הצבא ייקבעו הוראות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) לעניין יידוע בן משפחה של נעדר כאמור בפסקה (2) להגדרה ”נעדר“.
